As a CPA firm, we guarantee to deliver our services to you that will meet the strict requirements of CPA Australia.
Fairness
As an accountant, we only sell our time & expertise to our clients to make a living. On the other hand, we will be fair to you as our clients as well – you are entitled to a free of charge “five-minute” phone call or email communication.
Understanding
As a CPA firm, we need to maintain our professional services to you by completing minimum 40 hours per annum of CPD (Continuous Professional Development) outside our normal working hours.
Integrity
We will endeavour to take all reasonable care but in the unlikely event that an error is made by our firm, we will rectify the error at no cost to you and honour all penalties pertaining to that error.
Respect
We listen to your concerns and respect you as we would like others do to us.

Our aim is to help you. We will explain our work in plain English, so you will have a better understanding to manage your business and tax affairs, and to comply with the current regulations.
